WHAT IS TPC?
The Philippine Catalog is a digital magazine under Prime Insignia—a creative marketing, consultancy, and advertising company—designed to churn out all sorts of stories to every Filipino across the globe. Guided by the philosophy of composition and aesthetics, our writers, coming from different academic institutions and national regions, are committed to producing credible and engaging pieces of writing. Without any taint of doubt, this group of individuals with varying personalities and backgrounds is here to act as catalysts for change in this era and that of the next.

 

WHAT IS TPC FOR?
The Philippine Catalog is a digital magazine designed to educate, entertain, and inform people about life trends in every tense; empowering every Filipino to influence and promote camaraderie through means of credible and engaging stories that convey societal progress and development.

 

WHAT ARE THE KINDS OF TPC WRITERS/CONTRIBUTORS?
There are 4 Kinds of TPC Contributors:

1. Prime Contributors (Executive Board)
They are the core team of the family. The Executive Board includes the founder/CEO, managing editor, account manager, graphic designers, and other positions as they determined previously.

2. Main contributors
These are the accredited writers of TPC who submit their write-ups regularly. Whenever there are projects like concerts, product launchings, and other events where TPC is invited, they are the front-liners on the priority list on who shall be deployed to cover and write the story.

3. Contributors
Contributors are also accredited writers of TPC who are required to send write-ups, blogs, articles, literary works and other pieces of writing at least once a month. Their works are more preferred for publication over that of the 4th kind of contributor’s.

4. Anybody
They are literally anybody—anyone! All people can send their write-ups at thePHcatalog@gmail.com subject to review and approval by the Executive Board. If the Board finds your write-up excellently done, it may be published. Nonetheless, TPC will send you a feedback via e-mail, if the Board wishes to have revisions or if there should be further work to be done, or if your submission has passed the content-filtering phase prior to posting. If the Board sees great potential in you and your works, who knows, you may then become part of the growing team.

 

HOW CAN I BE AN ACCREDITED WRITER OF TPC?
All you need to do is send your CV and portfolio at thePHcatalog@gmail.com to be reviewed within 2-3 working days from the time of its receipt. After which, The Philippine Catalog (TPC) will notify you through e-mail the next steps. If you pass the interviews and final assessment, and you have complied with all the requirements, then you would finally be listed as an accredited writer of TPC. The kind of contributor you will be designated to depends on the discretion of the Prime Contributors (Executive Board).

 

HOW CAN I BE A MAIN CONTRIBUTOR?
All you need to do is send your CV and portfolio at thePHcatalog@gmail.com to be reviewed within 2-3 working days from the time of its receipt. After which, The Philippine Catalog (TPC) will notify you through e-mail the next steps. If you pass the interviews and final assessment, and you have complied with all the requirements, then you would finally be listed as a Main Contributor of TPC.

 

HOW CAN I BE A CONTRIBUTOR?
All you need to do is send your CV and portfolio at thePHcatalog@gmail.com to be reviewed within 2-3 working days from the time of its receipt. After which, The Philippine Catalog (TPC) will notify you through e-mail the next steps. If you pass the interviews and final assessment, and you have complied with all the requirements, then you would finally be listed as a Contributor of TPC.

 

HOW CAN I BE A PRIME CONTRIBUTOR?
It is ONLY when The Philippine Catalog (TPC) opens a job posting for the position of Prime Contributor that you may apply. Accredited writers of TPC are prioritized over external applicants. You are required to send your CV and portfolio at thePHcatalog@gmail.com to be reviewed within 2-3 working days from the time of its receipt. After which, TPC will notify you through e-mail of the next steps. If you pass the interviews and final assessment, and you have complied with all the requirements, then you would finally be listed as a Prime Contributor.

 

WHAT IF I’M NOT AN ACCREDITED WRITER OF TPC AND I WANT TO PUBLISH MY WORK ON YOUR SITE?
If you just want your piece/s of writing to be published on the website, you can send us your work at thePHcatalog@gmail.com subject to the Board’s review and approval.

 

DO YOU PAY CONTRIBUTORS/WRITERS?
Our writers are all writers by heart. All they desire is to share their stories and inspire others. But more of that, our writers have the privilege for free travels, accommodations or pocket money, if necessary. Also, our writers are entitled to a lot of freebies. They get to keep most of the items they may receive from clients. And on top of it all, TPC is more than willing to give incentives in exchange for all your efforts and labor.

 

DO YOU TAKE INTERNS?
Of course, we take interns. We train and educate our interns in the most effective and comfortable way, depending on their skill level, personality, and preferred working environment.
